Orange HRMS

All employees are required to mark their online attendance on Orange HRMS. Punch In on arrival and Punch Out on leaving office is mandatory.

Late Arrivals & Leaving Early

  • Employees are expected to arrive on time and ready for work. An employee who arrives 1 hour after their scheduled arrival time (e.g., 10:00 AM) is considered soft late and no leave deduction would be applied but it is mandatory for the employee to complete that short hour in one sprint duration or within 2 weeks ( for those who are not in sprint structure)

  • If an employee arrives between 10:01 Am till 11:30 Am then such time violation would result in one quarter of a day (0.25) leave deduction or salary once the leave quota of a quarter months is over

  • If an employee arrives between 11:31 Am till 01:00 Pm then such time violation would result in 2 quarters of a day/Half Day (0.50) leave deduction or salary once the leave quota of a quarter months is over

  • If an employee arrives between 2:01 Pm till 3:30 Pm then such time violation would result in 3 quarters of a day (0.75) leave deduction or salary once the leave quota of a quarter months is over

  • If an employee arrives between 3:31 Pm till 5:00 Pm then such time violation would result in 1 day leave or salary once the leave quota of a quarter month is over

  • Leaving early at 5:00 Pm would not result in any deduction of leaves but employee has to complete 9 working hours of previous working day on very next working day.

  • Leaving early before 5:00 Pm would result in deduction of leaves as per the quarter leave formula of 1 hour and 30 minutes till 09:00Am.

  • If an employee leaves the office during the working hours for more than 20 minutes, he/she will Punch Out from HRMS and will again Punch In once he/she will be back on seat and will complete the short hours in one sprint duration.



Sandwich Leave
if you take two days off from work on Friday and Monday then Saturday and Sunday will also consider as leaves.
Attendance Bonus

 Employees who will not fall in any late category or leave early for the whole month will be awarded an attendance bonus of PKR. 3000/-
